समर्थन पत्रात ते कोण जारी करत आहे, कोणत्या अधिकाराने जारी केले आहे, नेमका कोणता विषय समर्थित आहे, दिनांक, संपर्क तपशील आणि अधिकृत स्वाक्षरी नमूद असावी. रिकामे, दिनांकविरहित किंवा पडताळता न येणारे पत्र प्रमाणित समर्थन म्हणून प्रकाशित केले जाणार नाही.
A support letter should state who is issuing it, the capacity in which it is issued, the exact subject supported, the date, contact details and an authorised signature. Blank, undated or unverifiable letters must not be published as verified support.
